A graduate of Southern Illinois University with a BS in Aviation Management. Pete has always been a Technical person with an emphasis on Quality Assurance and Control. He has an extensive background in Advanced Electronics and Metrology and holds an FCC Radiotelephone Operators License. He is currently responsible for all Operational aspects of Mid-South Calibration, LLC.

Professional Specialties: Full service calibration laboratory. Accredited to ISO 17025 thru Perry Johnson Labs. Capabilities include Pressure, Torque, Tension, Length, Mass, Air Data Testers, Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Wattmeters, RF equipment, TIC, IFR/Aeroflex, HP, Tektronix, Agilent, Snap-on, Chatillon, Optical Comparators, CMMs, etc. My Team and I are ready to meet all of your calibration needs, On or Off-Site.

Rick Morales

VP of Business Development

Rick has owned and managed various companies with an emphasis on business development and market share. Prior to coming on board with Mid-South Calibration Rick was the VP of Business Development for a Los Angeles and London based company for the last 8 years serving the needs of various U.S. businesses as a leading specialist in Lead Generation, End-to-End Telesales, Customer Acquisition/Confirmation and Quality Assurance. Rick's connection to the ownership of Mid South Calibration was that they all served together in the U.S. Navy 30 years ago in the Avionics Department in Antarctica and in Point Mugu, CA in the early 80's. Rick comes to us as an invaluable asset to not only further Mid-South Calibration operations in the West Coast, but also across the entire country with our existing client base and new clients as we continue our growth.

With a BS degree in Electronic Engineering from Cal State in California. Will has managed and supervised various workshop environments dealing with electronic, pressure and light related components in continents from Antarctica to facilities located in the Mojave desert. Will has been featured and written several articles regarding Electronic Procedures to Instrumentation in various industry and trade publications over the years. 

Professional Specialties: Instructor and Quality Assurance Inspector positions with the U.S. Navy and was an Inspector for JPL when he was with NASA. Will has been in the Calibration and Metrology industry for a total of 12 years and is currently responsible for all Technical aspects and Quality Assurance procedures for Mid-South Calibration.
